Murdoch University has established a reputation as an internationally recognised university offering excellence in teaching and research. Murdoch University was also recently given a 5-star graduate employment rating by students in the 2015 Good University Guide. The Careers and Employment Centre fosters and maintains strong links with its students and graduates so that employers can be readily assisted with their recruitment requirements. The Careers and Employment Centre utilises CareerHub (CareerConnect) as its main interface with employers and students. Employers are encouraged to register on CareerConnect (www.careerconnect.murdoch.edu.au), in order to promote both graduate and student opportunities (i.e. vacation work, internships, causal/part-time jobs) as they arise.  Employer / Industry events are also able to be promoted on CareerConnect.

The Careers and Employment Centre also offers a direct mail facility as well as a number of on-campus student engagement opportunities such as employer presentations, careers fairs and other promotional/networking activities such as speed interviewing practice with employers.
