It includes extracts from each interview, selectors' verdicts and candidates' reflections on their own performance. The interviews featured are with KPMG, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and for the post of graphic designer with Winning Moves, a small creative agency in the West Midlands. It features students from Sheffield Hallam University, the University of Edinburgh, Glasgow Caledonian University and the University of Staffordshire.
