gradlink Website Redesign

The time is drawing nigh for the new-look gradlink to be unveiled. Utilising the design skills of web application developers DesignIT (www.designit.com.au) , the gradlink site has been re-configured using extensive feedback from all of our clients. The aim is to provide a world-class, flexible graduate careers website, and regular users will notice a range of new features.

New All-In-One Job Search

An important addition is the new Job Search function, which is sure to be popular with job-seeking graduates and students. The user simply enters one set of criterion which searches both the SEEK Campus and Graduate Opportunities databases at the same time. The results are then returned and listed with the appropriate branding of the database from which they come – another click leads you to the full version of the job advertisement.

The gradlink site also provides comprehensive job-seeking resources to help students and graduates to decide what kind of job to pursue, and how to do it, including editorials and extensive links to other web-based resources and helpful contacts.

Professional Resources

Also of note is the new Professional Resources section, featuring the Employer Centre for graduate employers and Career Communicator, which is designed to promote sharing of professional development resources for university careers staff.

The gradlink team has worked hard to ensure that the new site fulfils expectations. All feedback is welcomed, and should be addressed to the gradlink Helpdesk at [email protected]. Visit our new site in the coming weeks – www.gradlink.edu.au .
