Graduate Careers Australia Limited  ACN 008 615 012 ("GCA") is the operator of the Graduate Careers Australia website located at www.graduatecareers.com.au ("Website").  Please read this agreement carefully before accessing the Website or using the services provided through the Website.  By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below.

GCA reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.  You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions.  Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this Website.  Your continued use of the Website following such notification will constitute an agreement by you to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as amended.

GCA does not endorse, and specifically disclaims any responsibility or liability for, any content submitted to the user areas of the Website, including where the content relates to a discussion topic proposed by GCA.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
