Annual Survey Cycle

The AGS Annual Survey Cycle can at any given time have AGS activities in relation to surveys from three different years: the previous year’s survey, the current year’s survey and the upcoming year’s survey.

Although all events take place in the same month of the same year, the below PDF table is divided into three columns relating to each year’s AGS. Each year’s survey involves two distinct rounds of distribution to respondents in October and April. The main parties with responsibility for each activity are shown in brackets after the task.

The table should not be used as a checklist of activities that should be undertaken in any given month. Survey managers should refer to the GCA Methodology documents, located under 2012 Australian Graduate Survey to ascertain requirements.

Key AGS events in the calendar year are located in the following PDF 2012 AGS Annual Survey Cycle.
