After many years of successful partnership with Hobsons Guides, Graduate Careers Australia has taken Graduate Opportunities, the premier Australasian recruitment guide, back under its own umbrella.
Graduate Opportunities, GCA & the Future
The re-integration of GO within GCA has significant advantages to all stakeholders. GCA can now provide a complete platform of products and services to graduate recruiters, drawing heavily on the recruitment and research expertise of GCA. The primary print publication will continue, and will be enhanced with specifically targeted industry recruitment guides and the provision of superior e-marketing opportunities for recruiters.
GCA’s productive relationships with the higher education sector, government and business means it can continue to build on GO. Our mission will be to ensure GO is at the forefront of the needs of graduate recruiting in a rapidly changing market and that it meets the requirements of all stakeholders.

So what is Graduate Opportunities?
Graduate Opportunities is designed to help graduates launch and develop their careers. It not only provides Australasia’s most comprehensive employer directory, but also provides valuable advice on job searching and application preparation, what to expect during the assessment process and tips on gaining an employment edge.
Industry Profiles help graduates decide which industries interest them; with information on typical job titles within each sector and what graduates can expect from these positions.
Employer Profiles provide details of those organisations seeking graduates, information on closing dates, application procedures and the types of positions available. A variety of indices (alphabetic, state, etc.) make it easy to find information relevant to the graduates.
