Each year, Graduate Careers Australia (GCA) conducts the Graduate Outlook Survey to obtain an overview of current practices, as well as an indication of future trends in graduate recruitment in Australia and New Zealand.
Graduate Outlook 2008
Graduate Outlook 2008 reports on feedback from graduate employers about the state of the graduate market, the success of their recruitment campaigns and, for the first time this year, some of their perceptions of graduates’ wishes and expectations.
It also includes results of a small follow-up survey conducted in October 2008, examining the impact of world financial market instability on 2009 and 2010 graduate recruitment strategies.
This report is due for release early in 2009.
